Day 4 • May 8, 15 or 22nd, 2027 • Mexico City, Mexico
Today is one of my favorite experiences of the entire trip! We'll spend the day with a local chef exploring the ingredients, traditions and flavors that have shaped Mexican cuisine for generations. We'll visit a local market, meet vendors, learn about regional ingredients and gain a deeper understanding of why food plays such an important role in Mexican culture.
Then we'll roll up our sleeves. During our hands-on cooking class, we'll prepare a multi-course meal together while learning traditional techniques, recipes and stories passed down through families and communities.
By the end of the day, we'll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor, celebrate everything we've experienced together and probably start talking about how we're going to recreate these recipes once we're home!
The evening is yours to enjoy however you'd like. Grab one last round of tacos, wander the city or simply soak in your final night in the City.
