Join Newberry Travel’s first Co-Ed trip of 2026 - for a cultural immersion into all things Ethiopia. We’ll have the honor of celebrating the New Year with locals as well as visiting UNESCO and pilgrimage sites in the mountains. We’ll start the week in the sprawling metropolis of Addis Ababa, our first few days will be relatively relaxed as we acclimate to the elevation. With this city sitting at nearly 8,000ft, the elevation will take time to get used to but it also means the weather is practically perfect all year! After a few days in the city seeing some world-famous sites, we’ll journey further into the country to Lalibela.
