While we hate the term ‘authentic’ we cannot think of any other way to explain what it means to walk the farm with it’s owner before embarking on a three hour cooking session bringing to life the historical flavors of their ancestors. Nor do we know a better word for taking time to naturally dye wool with ingredients from the earth before embarking on a day-long journey of making your own small hand-tied rug.
Art and food tie a culture together, and one of the greatest experiences on earth is being able to participate in those practices of long ago with the ancestors of those who led the way. Morocco is an ancient culture - one that has been colonized and ruled over by many countries and cultures, but their art and food have remained unchanged. Join us for our 9-day journey through Morocco experienced by our sense of taste, smell and touch as we create art alongside the incredible artisans of Marrakech and Fez simply by patience and gifts from mother earth.

Together with local friends we’ve built this itinerary to showcase the magic of Morocco.
