Today is a special one! Late morning, we'll head to a local chef's farm, where he has turned his land into a cooking school for visitors who want to experience the ancient art of Moroccan cuisine. We'll pick fresh produce for our dishes, meet the resident donkey and see if any farm kitties want to say hello. Then it's into the kitchen to make a variety of salads, our own tagines and couscous for the group, with plenty of juice, cookie and tea breaks along the way. Get ready to be floored by the flavors!
