It seems like planes are landing upside down, crashing into rivers or each other nearly every day these days. Which is terrible, and so incredibly stressful for those of us that love travel. In this week's episode, Leeah talks with a pilot in training and board certified music therapist to understand what is happening to the plane as well as to your body when we experience flight anxiety. They also provide tips and tricks on how to alleviate the stress.
